David Magennis ARB MRIAI

David is an experienced Architect, commi!ed to developing architecture rooted in its context, in all senses of the word - an architecture developed through conversation with those who use and impact the piece of architecture.
Previously an Associate in Clancy Moore architects; a world renowned, award-winning practice, he has led high quality projects at all scales from domestic to national infrastructure level.
He also worked with MacCreanor Lavington, a stirling prize winning housing specialist, design larger housing projects and masterplanning schemes.
Alongside practice he teaches regularly on both the Undergraduate and Masters level in QUB, continuing his award winning academic career. His student work was awarded national prizes at both Undergraduate and Masters level.

Bonnie Chau BSc, MArch

Bonnie has worked with some of the leading global practices such as Heneghan Peng, Aedas and OMA working on some very large and complex projects. Through this she has developed a keen eye for detail, an understanding of the impact good design has and most importantly, she has gained leading design skills coupled with the ability to deliver this quality.

Recently she has been part of teams developing large cultural, educational and commercial projects while working for Heneghan Peng Architects. Prior to this, Bonnie lead the Project Management (client side) of a very large, high end hotel and casino in Macau. This role involved the co-ordination and management of numerous stakeholders, consultants, specialists and contractors in order to successfully deliver this complex project.
